Chase A.S. Beguin is our business litigator for the firm. He grew up in Coastal North Carolina before attending Darlington School Soccer Academy in Georgia for high school. He graduated from Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina in 2017 with a bachelors degree in Business Management and Health Sciences. After a year working out of school, he enrolled in Elon University School of Law, and graduated in 2021 with an emphasis on business and corporate law. During his time at law school, he was armed with practical experience in a wide variety of corporate and business law through his work with Elon’s Small Business and Entrepreneurship Clinic.
Chase was drawn to the Southern Oregon area after law school due to its vast nature preserves, its rural character, and its high concentration of businesses of all sizes in the Rogue Valley.
Since his admission to the Oregon State Bar in 2022, he has embalmed himself with his litigation practice, specializing in complex business litigation; while providing counseling and litigation support on matters relating to estate planning, land use, and matters which implicate Oregon’s anti-SLAPP statute.
