Biography
Max C. Whittington grew up on a small farm in Western Oregon and graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in 2012, before attending law school in Illinois at Chicago-Kent College of Law. After graduating in 2015, Max accepted an associate attorney position with Cauble & Cauble, and became a partner at the firm in 2020. Max commonly practices in multiple areas of civil litigation, particularly business and commercial litigation, contract disputes, gun rights, torts, landlord-tenant disputes, and trust and estate litigation. Max also performs estate planning services and drafts commercial contracts. Max currently sits on the board of directors for the non-profit Mid Rogue Imaging Center.
